The Center primarily assists moderate and low income at risk children with learning differences and their families.
The Center accomplishes its mission by providing to the public, free of charge, comprehensive information, personal guidance, instruction and trainings through the Center's multi sensory resources, seminars, annual conference, educational instructions and advocacy assistance programs.
